EAT REAL FOOD! If it is low fat, sugar free, fat free, etc. and still manages to taste good, it probably has the ingredient label equivalent to a Windex bottle (aka chemical nightmare). A well-balanced diet does not mean hours in the kitchen or lack of taste. Fats bring the flavor and guess what… the good ones don’t make you fat! Surprise.
HOW I WORK
I work with a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes, to weight loss to chronic disease and illness. No matter the reason, the first thing you will hear me say when you step into my office is, “I don’t teach diets, I teach lifestyles.” People are all at different spots in their relationship with food and each individual has unique needs. I start my clients where they are at in their readiness for change. Food brings people together, creates memories and traditions; life should not be spent on a restrictive diet. My clients know how much their bodies need in order to achieve and maintain their health goals, while still living life.
